 Third, the structure and working principle 
 HQC40 concrete strength testing device by the framework, the core sample holder, pressure measurement devices and other components. 
 1, the framework 
 Frame from the base, bearing plate, loading cone, hydraulic jack and so on. 
 By the instrument accuracy requirements: two coaxial cones loading <0.2MM, spherical cone loading of international standards, cone angle of 60. End curvature radius of the ball 5mm, hydraulic jack piston diameter of 50mm, maximum pressure 15Mpa. 
 2, the core sample holder 
 Core sample holder used to place the core sample to be tested. The diameter of core samples and test bay core sample of the same diameter, the instrument used Φ50mm and Φ30mm two specifications. 
 3, the hydraulic system 
 Hydraulic system consists of hydraulic jacks, hand pressure pump, pipe circuit and other components. 

 Fourth, operation 
 1 hand pump counter-clockwise to open the load valve to make jack in the hand pump hydraulic oil tank back to open the fuel injection screws, add oil and then tighten the fitting of any parts, so as to avoid oil spills. 
 2, to get a good core samples on the tray, close the hand pump pressure relief valve, slowly shaking the bar pressure to undermine the core samples, note the pressure reading, release the pressure relief valve, press the pressure back to zero switch, clean up damaged core sample, a pressure measurement end. 
 Note: 1, the instrument gauge needle was used 2.5MPA stay special form of sprayed concrete strength. Instruments such as tests for other rock types, replace the larger gauges. 
 2, the working fluid for the 20 # 20 # machine oil or hydraulic oil, is strictly prohibited to use alcohol, castor oil, brake oil, ordinary engine oil as the working fluid.
